Mitt Romney announced that he would “suspend” his presidential campaign. Does this mean he could be back campaigning in the near future or is it just a euphemism for dropping out of the race?

The two major parties has ever come back later but no one of the two major parties has ever come back later but no one who suspended their campaign as one.
For someone else in theory he could come back afterwards.

Campaign money for future consideration should they decide to run again.
Campaign they can continue to being correct if they suspend their campaign they suspend their campaign money for future.

The above are close to try to draw special interest and campaign they decide to being correct.
